Guys this is easy trick to know when your system is started and shutdown..
When you are away ..just check and get known who used your system...
Follow these steps ..
Goto
>Start
>Run
>Type eventvwr.msc
>CLick System by your left
The Event code
6005 ---- System start up
6006 ----System shutdown
Know the Exact time of your System startup and shutdown
